29/02/2012 Nappy Rash

Anyone got any miracle nappy rash cures? My little one has a very stubborn case and I have tried the usual, keeping the nappy off as much as possible (which is bloody difficult when its so cold, can't wait for the gas bill!), Sudocrem and Metanium but nothings working :(
